Drop-Off & Pick-Up Information

Primary Students Drop-off/Pick-up Procedure:
Parents of primary students (Grades PK-4) are kindly requested to utilize the faculty lot (former student parking lot nearest to the North Field) for drop-off. To ensure a smooth flow of traffic, parents should enter through the gate on Prentiss Ave. and follow the designated route. The drop-off lane will open at 7:30 a.m., so please plan your arrival accordingly. If you arrive earlier, you may queue up on Prentiss, but we kindly ask that you avoid blocking driveways and intersections. This will help maintain a steady flow of traffic and minimize any potential inconveniences.

For pick-up, primary students will be ready for pick-up at 3:00 p.m. using the same route used for drop-off. Please use provided signs to assist faculty with guiding your child for pick up.

Middle School and High School Students Drop-off and Pick-up Procedure:
For parents of middle school and high school students (Grades 5-12), supervised drop-off and pick-up will take place at the front gates of campus on Paris Ave.

Important Points to Remember:

• Timing: The primary student drop-off lane will open at 7:30 a.m., and will open for 3:00 p.m. for pick-up.
• Traffic Flow: Please adhere to the designated routes and avoid blocking driveways and intersections. This will ensure a smooth traffic flow and prevent any congestion.
• Safety First: As always, prioritize safety during drop-off and pick-up. Ensure that your child exits or enters the vehicle on the curbside and follows all safety guidelines.
